Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who is a legend in the world of television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 1977. The family moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing an occupation as an exercise physiotherapist on the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last all that long in Texas and then relocated in Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities which included independent local films as well as international commercials. She quickly found her passion in the field of acting even in small roles. Her move to New York and in 2001 she landed her first role on the daytime soap show All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000, she acted minor roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role as her first part of a series on The Mountain The Mountain, which is an ephemeral television drama. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable performance was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards, including the award for Best Supporting Actress on TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well being nominated for several ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then assigned as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She was Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. The show lasted for two seasons before it was ended. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and has a younger sister Cory. She was brought up in one of the most religious, conservative families. Milano started her acting career when she was seven years old. She was accompanied by her babysitter along to an audition. She was one of four girls picked from more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano has been featured in TV commercials, off-Broadway plays and Jane Eyre, the American premiere of Jane Eyre.
